Support
We aim to reply within one business day. The #1 complaint about Shopify apps is that support goes dark — we built this company specifically to be the opposite of that.

Common questions
Before you write
How fast do you reply?
Usually within one business day. We’re a small studio in Amsterdam (CET), so if you write late in the US afternoon you’ll typically hear back the next morning your time.
Will ProductReady change my product without asking?
No. Every generation lands on a preview first. Nothing is written to your live product page until you tick that specific field and confirm — and only the field(s) you approved change. In a bulk run that tick is one choice you make for the whole batch, and the confirmation names it before anything is written. Every applied change is snapshotted, so you can roll it back from Version history. How far back you can go depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, 90 on Growth, 365 on Pro, and no limit on Scale. Older versions are not deleted when the window passes; they are hidden until you move to a plan whose window reaches them.
Does bulk generation apply changes automatically?
Yes — and it’s worth saying why that’s safe, because the answer isn’t “we made it difficult”.
By default, a batch changes nothing on any product page. What it writes goes into ProductReady’s own storage — drafts your shoppers never see. Your product’s own title, description and SEO fields are touched only for the fields you tick for that batch, and those boxes start empty. The confirmation names exactly what you ticked before anything is written.
And a batch writes only what passed every check. Before it writes, every draft is re-checked against your product as it stands now — anything with something to resolve is held back, named, and waits for you on that product’s own screen.
If you change your mind, the whole batch is undone in one act; you don’t reverse it product by product. A product you’ve edited since is left alone and named rather than quietly overwritten. Extra languages stay a per-product step — a batch never registers translations. Bulk is on every plan, including Free — what changes by plan is the batch size, from 5 products on Free up to 2,000 on Scale.
Will it invent facts about my product, like a barcode or a certification?
No. ProductReady only writes what your own product data supports. A missing identifier, material or dimension comes back as something for you to fill in, not an invented fact. Claims that need proof — waterproof, organic, certified, medical — are always held for your confirmation, however confident the model is, and are never auto-filled.
What happens if a generation fails?
You’re not charged. A failed generation automatically returns its reserved credits.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
From the app, or from your Shopify admin. Billing runs through Shopify Billing, so charges and refunds follow Shopify’s rules and our Terms. Uninstalling stops billing and deletes your store’s data.
What data do you store about my store?
The minimum needed to do the job, and never your customers’ personal data. Our Privacy Policy and the ProductReady annex list every subprocessor and exactly what’s sent to each.
